- Cataloging & removal of sashes, stabilization of building until completion.
- Removal of glaze, glass panes, & paint.
- Repair of degrading sash components through epoxy consolidation and recreation.
- Reassembly of completed sash including replacement of broken panes.
- Repointing and reglazing of glass panes.
Shutter, Column, & Balustrade Restoration~

- Total Removal of all coats of lead-based paint (80+ lbs!) from shutters and loose paint removal from all other components. Eco sensitive paint stripper and steambox used for paint removal.
- Deconstruction of shutter components for complete sanding & epoxy repair, reassembly & repegging for paint prep.
- Reassembly and epoxy repair of original columns with industrial grade resin.
- Wood epoxy repair of handrails and splats.
